Our facials are organised into five levels, from an essential maintenance facial at $149 through to our most advanced clinical treatment at $525. Each level runs for about an hour and combines a different set of therapies, so you can start where your skin is now and move up or down as it changes. Every treatment is delivered one to one by Brenda, a specialist skin technician with over 25 years of skin experience.
The 5 Level Skin System
Rather than a long list of facials that all sound similar, our facial menu is organised into five levels. They run from gentle maintenance through to our most advanced clinical treatment, so you can start where your skin is now and move up or down as it changes. Every level runs for about an hour.

Level I · Essential Maintenance · $149
A polished, no-downtime facial suitable for most skin. The one to book when you want to look your best for something.
Includes: Dermalux tri-wave LED, signature lifting peel, hydration mask, flawless finish.
Level II · Advanced Active · $220
Targeted correction with minimal downtime, for skin that needs more than maintenance.
Includes: Dermalux LED, peel, lymphatic drainage, tightening mask, glow serum, flawless finish.
Level III · Corrective Clinical · $350
Moderate intensity. Active skin revision and collagen stimulation over a course.
Includes: Dermalux LED, peel, intense pulsed light, serum, mask.
Level IV · Intensive Resurfacing · $380
Moderate to high intensity, for deeper renewal and structural improvement.
Includes: Intense pulsed light, Dermalux LED, peel, bi-polar lymphatic drainage, glow serum, mask.
Level V · Advanced Clinical · $525
High intensity, and the most complete treatment on the menu. Combined therapies in a single session.
Includes: Radiofrequency, micro-needling, LED, advanced actives.
Choosing your level
As a rough guide, Levels I and II suit skin that is generally healthy and needs upkeep, glow or a gentle nudge before an event. Levels III and IV are where we start actively working on concerns such as pigmentation, congestion or early lines, usually across a short course rather than a single visit. Level V is our most advanced option and combines several therapies in one session.
Higher levels are more intensive, so expect a little more warmth, redness or flaking afterwards. Most people find the lower levels have little to no downtime. Brenda will talk you through what to expect, and any aftercare, before anything begins.

Which facial should I choose?
It depends on your skin and how much time you have. The Dynamic Multi Platform Signature Facial is the fullest, most result-driven option and suits several concerns at once. Dermalux LED facials are gentle and relaxing, lovely on their own or as a course, and the Essential Maintenance Facial keeps things ticking over between visits. What is Dermalux LED, and is there any downtime?
Dermalux is a phototherapy treatment that uses specific wavelengths of light to help calm, brighten and support the skin. It is comfortable and relaxing, with little to no downtime for most people, so you can usually return to your day straight afterwards. How your skin responds varies from person to person, and a short course often gives a better result than a single session.
How often should I have a facial?
It varies with your skin and your goals. Many people book a fuller Signature Facial periodically as a reset, then keep their skin consistent with maintenance or LED sessions in between. Brenda suggests a sensible rhythm at your first visit rather than a one-size-fits-all schedule, so you are only booking what genuinely helps.
Do I need a consultation before a facial?
Not always, though it is the easiest way to start if you are new or unsure which facial suits you.
