Fine Lines & Wrinkles

Fine lines and wrinkles skin concern

Fine lines and wrinkles are the soft creases and etched lines that appear as skin naturally loses firmness and moisture over the years, often first around the eyes, mouth and forehead. At Dynamic Skin Services in Crawley, care begins with a Skin Rejuvenation Consultation, where Brenda studies your skin, then tailors a considered plan to help soften the look of lines and support firmer, smoother-looking skin. There are no injectables here, this is a gentle, treatment-based approach built over more than 25 years.

Why fine lines and wrinkles appear

Lines form as the skin's natural collagen and elastin slow with age, and the surface holds less moisture than it once did. Over time that shows as fine surface lines and deeper creases in the areas we move and express most. Several things play a part:

  • The natural slowing of collagen and elastin as we get older
  • Years of Australian sun, which speeds up the look of ageing in the skin
  • Repeated expression, which etches lines around the eyes, mouth and forehead
  • Dryness and dehydration, which make fine lines look more pronounced
  • Lifestyle factors such as sleep, smoking and general skin health

We focus on the cosmetic appearance of lines and skin firmness. Everyone's skin ages a little differently, which is why we look at yours in person before suggesting anything.

How we approach it at Dynamic Skin Services

Brenda has cared for skin in Perth's western suburbs for over 25 years, one specialist working one-on-one, never a production line. Your first step is a Skin Rejuvenation Consultation in our Crawley rooms, because different lines and skin types respond in different ways. Together we will:

  • Look closely at your skin, the depth of your lines and how firm the skin feels
  • Talk through your history, sun habits, skincare and what you would like to change
  • Set realistic expectations, since results build gradually and vary from person to person
  • Map out a considered plan, often a short course, with sensible aftercare and daily sun protection to help hold your results

We share honest, accurate guidance so you understand what these treatments can realistically do before you begin. This is not injectable-led work, it is skin treatment designed to support your own collagen over time.

Treatments that may help

Which treatment suits you is decided together at your consultation, never assumed online. For fine lines and wrinkles, Brenda most often draws on:

  • Radiofrequency Skin Tightening (from $75 for a spot treatment, half face $250, full face, neck and décolletage from $400) to gently warm the deeper skin and help firm and smooth its appearance.
  • Skin Needling & Microdermabrasion (microdermabrasion from $110, full face, neck and décolleté skin needling from $250) to encourage the skin's own collagen and refine surface texture and fine lines.
  • Plasma Fibroblast Skin Tightening & Lifting (smile lines from $400, under-eye wrinkles $450) as a non-surgical approach to help firm and tighten the appearance of targeted lines around the eyes and mouth. It is a treatment, not surgery, and does not replace it.

These treatments help soften the appearance of lines and support firmer-looking skin rather than promising a fixed outcome, and how your skin responds varies from person to person. The calm first step is always a Skin Rejuvenation Consultation.

Treatments that may help

Frequently asked

Can these treatments get rid of my wrinkles completely?

They are designed to help soften the appearance of fine lines and support firmer, smoother-looking skin, rather than remove wrinkles entirely. Many people find lines look softer and skin feels firmer over a course, though results build gradually and vary from person to person. Brenda sets realistic expectations at your consultation and explains what each treatment can and cannot do.

Do you offer injectable treatments?

No. Dynamic Skin Services does not offer injectables. Brenda's approach to fine lines is treatment-based, using radiofrequency tightening, skin needling, resurfacing and plasma fibroblast to work with your own skin over time. We will always talk you through the honest, realistic outcome of these treatments at your consultation.

Is there any downtime?

It depends on the treatment. Radiofrequency and microdermabrasion usually involve little to no downtime, with some warmth or pinkness that settles quickly. Skin needling and plasma fibroblast can involve a few days of redness or crusting as the skin refreshes. Sensation and recovery vary between individuals, so we explain what to expect at your consultation before anything begins.

Do I need a consultation first?

Yes, we start every new client with a Skin Rejuvenation Consultation. It lets Brenda assess the depth of your lines, your skin type and firmness properly, then tailor the right treatment or course to you rather than assuming online. You can book through our booking page or call the clinic on 0411 596 138 in Crawley.
